Using this store

By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Shipping & Returns Policy, subject to mandatory consumer law. You must be of legal age to contract or have an appropriate guardian’s involvement. Use accurate contact and delivery information. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe others’ rights.

Products and descriptions

We are an independent retailer, not the official website of the referenced makers. Maker names identify products and remain their owners’ marks. Photographs illustrate products; screen settings and handmade production can cause variation. Material dimensions, care, condition, variants, and any custom requirements are stated on product pages. Select the correct variant before ordering.

Prices, tax and availability

Prices are in US dollars unless expressly indicated. Taxes and shipping, where applicable, must appear before payment. Availability may change. An item in a cart is not reserved. We may correct genuine errors before accepting an order; if a material price or description error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm revised terms or cancel and refund rather than silently charge a different amount.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is your offer to buy. An automated receipt is not necessarily acceptance; acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment or dispatch. We may decline orders for unavailable stock, payment failure, fraud concerns, or unsupported destinations, and refund any corresponding payment. The store is currently awaiting payment and shipping activation, so a displayed card-network mark does not mean online payments are already accepted. We do not collect card details until an actual payment service is enabled.

Shipping, returns and cancellation

Our linked Shipping & Returns Policy states delivery, cancellation, return, defect, and refund arrangements and forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not a waiver of your rights. Where dispatch is delayed, you will receive the options required by applicable law. Goods must match their description and applicable mandatory standards.

Intellectual property and external services

Store design, text, photographs, and marks belong to their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights. Links and external services have their own terms; use the payment method and destination shown in the genuine checkout, and never send card data to our support inbox.

Website operation

We take reasonable care to maintain the store, but interruptions and errors can occur. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability or consumer remedy that law does not permit us to exclude. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not remove rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, providers, cookies, and privacy requests. Order emails are transactional. Marketing preferences, if offered, are separate.

Disputes and changes

Contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns. California law governs to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections that apply where you reside. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration agreement or waiver of nonwaivable consumer rights. Changes apply prospectively; the terms in force when an order is accepted govern that order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.
